Private Classes
Whatever your goal; to recover from injury*, to tone-up for a special event, or to train for your next race, private classes are a must if you want results, specific to you. From your very first session, your program will be designed with your needs in mind. You may also like to practice with a partner or a couple of friends (2:1 and 3:1); you'll receive lots of personal instruction whilst sharing the cost.

- Private in-person 1:1 session £60 for 60 minutes
- Private Online 1:1 Session £20 for 30 minutes
- Private Online 1:1 Session £40 for 60 minutes
10% discount is available for clients booking 10+ consecutive weekly sessions, payable after the initial assessment session
Terms and Conditions
- 1:1 sessions should be paid for in advance via BACS (details will be provided by email). If you prefer to pay with cash please advise
- Please arrange an initial assessment before a block booking, to ensure you are comfortable with the method of teaching employed
- For block bookings; once a time slot has been arranged (at your initial assessment), you are agreeing to attending at the same time each week for the duration of your booking. i.e. a 10 Class Block is to take place over 10 consecutive weeks
- All private sessions (including sessions booked as a block) may be rescheduled if you notify us at least 24 hours before the start time of the session. Sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the session start time may not be rescheduled and the session is lost.
