Pilates has been in my life since 2005 as part of my treatment for lower back pain. My sedentary desk-bound job had taken its toll on my body resulting in a cycle of neck, shoulder and back pain. I decided to re-assess my lifestyle - I started swimming, cycling to commute and practising Pilates and yoga. Pilates has improved my posture, relieved my back pain and I have gained a greater endurance for sports. I began to develop an interest in movement and kinesiology which lead me into training to become a Pilates Instructor. Using my experience and knowledge my aim is to enable your body to achieve your goals whatever it may be.
Han is fully insured and holds a CPR first aid certification. She is a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPS) and the Body Control Pilates Association (BCPA) and is bound by their respective Code of Practice.
