The newest venue to host My Local Pilates classes, this boutique studio is conveniently located on Graham Road, just a minute from Hackney Mare Street and a short walk from Hackney Central station.
This unique multi-purpose space houses both a Hair & Beauty Salon (under the brand Beaut Box) and a Yoga studio (Yoga-Lab). Salon services take place during the day and yoga classes in the morning and evening. The space has been cleverly designed to accommodate holistic classes: the floor is natural cork, warm underfoot and antibacterial. Mirrors enhance light and space and allow you to check out your alignment too!
