Danai studied dance and humanities. Based in London along with her teaching she is also involved in dance and performance art projects.
She came across Pilates through her dance training and found it very beneficial for strengthening the body and recovering from an injury. She trained with Body Control Pilates and teaches matwork, Pilates with small equipment, pregnancy Pilates, Stretching, Barre and creative exercise to groups and private clients. Working on strength and flexibility, her classes include elements from various dance techniques, yoga and improvisation, and allow the participants to achieve deeper connection with their emotional and physical being.
Danai is a member of the Body Control Pilates Association (BCPA) and is bound by their Code of Practice. She is fully insured and has Emergency First Aid Training
