Annabelle Ledbrooke
I discovered Pilates over 15 years ago and I feel very lucky to have found a teacher whose attentive teaching style and holistic approach sparked my love for this practice at a young age.
I have found Pilates to be hugely beneficial over the years and really noticed it’s absence when my life became increasingly busy, and spending time on my mind and body fell to the bottom of the priority list. It was when I entered the corporate world in my early 20s, with long days spent sat at a desk and stress levels high, that I fully realised the importance of staying connected to and active within our bodies. I’ve found Pilates to be great at both helping to keep you healthy if you find yourself leading a lifestyle where you are moving less, as well as supporting those who lead very active lifestyles. My approach very much encourages you to listen to your own body, whilst I support you in building strength, increasing postural awareness and refining your technique as you progress throughout the weeks. Annabelle is a member of the Body Control Pilates Association (BCPA) and is bound by their Code of Practice. She is fully insured and has Emergency First Aid Training
