Healthy Back Classes
Why not join a Healthy Back Class?
If you are looking to manage and prevent chronic and recurring back pain, then the ‘Healthy Back’ course is the perfect option.
Based on the world-renowned Body Control Pilates programme, these 55 minute group classes (for up to 10 clients) will give you a gentle, balanced workout with a focus on strengthening the core abdominals that do so much to support your back, improve the quality of your movements and keep your spine flexible and strong. Exercises are specially selected from the Body Control Pilates repertoire of exercises as suitable for supporting clients in the prevention and management of recurring Low Back Pain. Courses last 10 weeks and new courses start each term.
Class take places at Chats Palace Arts Centre in Hackney E9
